I b/c everthing was taken care of to take care. They went out of the way to assit us. I felt the del tm needed to use maybe another person. The del tm took excellent care of my things.

The quality of how they took care of everything, they paid close attention to detail, they didn't rush anything and they did a good job.

Everything was smooth, and the communication was very great, the delivery team was fabulous, they were careful and efficient and i was very pleased.

The crew was just fabulous. I was stressed about the move but they lowered it. They were friendly and professional at the same time.

The overall move. Everyone I worked with or spoken to was very professional. Allied did as they promised.

They were personable, answered all questions, this was the customer 3rd moved, and everything was good.

The quality of the crew. They were very personable and very careful with my goods. I think the crew was exceptional coming and going. They were good. I was hoping that the schedule date could have been 3 or 4 days earlier.

I would not have given a 10 because I generally shop around for different moving services. I highly recommend but I would not give a 10.

The driver and crews on both ends were professional and worked hard. They did a good job packing and moving. The driver, Michael, was professional and well organized.

They stayed in contact throughout the whole process starting with the estimate. The pricing over exceeded the competitors. I was happy with everything overall.

The driver was wonderful and the two people who coordinated the move was excellent. They were outstanding.

The courteousness of the entire staff & driver. The two drivers we worked with were phenomenal, they were professional and very thorough. We had a lot of boxes that we packed, they did all the hard work and all the furniture. They did a great job.We had a window that we were trying to beat. They were courteous & the driver incredible.

The whole experience. The driver was great, the people that moved me in was great. They kept me in the loop and everything was great.

The way they worked with me throughout the entire process. They stay and placed item upstairs in the attic and in the garage and inside the new house and to the storage facility.

Overall professionalism. They always answered my questions no matter what it was. They are always available.

The price was important. They made it to Houston Texas in 6 days. I like the way they wrapped my goods.

The people were really nice they show up on time and delivered on time. There was a mishap with the boxes, but they sorted it out.

The movers and the driver were really nice. There was a situation where I had to go to the hospital when the movers were supposed to come. So instead of coming Sunday, they came Monday. I was satisfied with the move.

I had previously used Allied and they did an excellent job and they did exceptional job this time too.

The communication was great & they were accurate & friendly. I would rate the driver & his crew a "7" out of 5. They were great.

I liked the way everything was handled, they were on time & the communication was pretty good too. Allied was careful, I didn't have to say anything & they treated my items like their own.

The entire experience from start to finish was great. Everything went smoothly. I was told that the crew would be here 8-2pm and they got here at 8:30. I couldn't have been more satis.

The driver kept us posted on everything and his crew packed our stuff very well, the coordinator answered all our e-mails, everyone did a good job. The driver and his crew did a good job.

The overall professionalism and courtesy. They gave me more than one estimate. I felt like I was in really good hands. I felt comfortable. I would like the contact info for the driver to send him something. Bobby Tayler is the drivers name. If not could he give me a call. Allied did a great job.

The local people were very accommodating, timely and the crews were efficient. I had an overall good experience.

Everything was very professional and they communicated well. I didn't have to call much because they were one step ahead of me.

Just the communication from when I called to the delivery. Everybody was following up and I appreciated that.

The move was very stress-free and the process was explained very thoroughly. Also, the driver showed up on time.

OUR STUFF WAS DELIVERED AS WE PACKED IT. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. THE GENTLEMAN UNDERESTIMATED THE FIT OF THE THINGS INTO THE TRUCK.

The fact that SMH was able to get the move done on the day that I wanted it done. SMH has rules that were not appropriately communicated to us. Everything seems like it was a rush order. The coordination was complicated but they did everything on time.

The crew was friendly, helpful,and pleasant. They were wonderful. I enjoyed spending time with Allied on the move. On a 5 point rating scale, I would rate Allied a 10.

I already told a friend about Allied & this is our 2nd time using them. It would be their cust care & price. Allied is willing to negotiate rates. Between the two depts, Tracy and Daniel, they were treating us like they were our family. There was another moving company moving at the same time & our guys handled the situation well.

Everyone from the very beginning was professional, friendly, warm, informative, top-notch, and we are extremely satisfied with respect to the entire process.

They were great. The crew was polite and they did everything. Both crews were phenomenal and I am going to use them again when I move next year

We have used Allied before. We have called around trying to try a new service. We decided to stay with Allied because they are the best.

The reason it was not a 5 was b/c the guy that packed was great, but I asked that they pay special attention to the sofa. They wrapped the top & arms, but the feet was missing chunks out of the legs.

Allied was very professional and did exactly what they said they would do. The special requests was that some of my items would be dropped off in a storage unit.

I had previous dealings w/Allied, they have the same standards and excellent service. We had two different crews and both crews were great. We had to store it and they did a good job.

The rep. that visited my home was helpful. At times, I would ask questions she knew the answers. She was really good.

The professionalism of the driver and the crew. The driver was named Sam Gomez and the two crew members were Aaron Lamas and Anthony Johnson. They are the reasons I am giving Allied the score. I think the agent over estimated the weight. I have not heard from him about the adjustment that was to be made in the pricing as a result of the difference in the weight.

Everyone was very professional. I knew what was going to happen a week in advance. Ron the driver did an excellent job with my crated television. I changed my packing and crate order twice during the move, and the contact person was able to facilitate this.

The drivers, Jerome and Gary, were incredible. They would move items when I would change my mind on where I wanted things placed. Jay came to check on things during the load up. They were wonderful.

The overall smoothness of everything from the beginning to them delivering everything. We didn't have any situations. The driver was extremely helpful and the crew was accommodating.

The driver/crew came on time, they unloaded my item, and put them where I asked them to. I couldn't ask for better service.

The promptness, accuracy, how they called to keep me updated and everything. I had some items from overseas that were irreplaceable. They took good care of them when packing and delivering.

They were professional, on time and did what we asked them to do. They were nice in how they spoke and acted. It was terrific. I would definitely recommend them. They were wonderful. Everything is a 5.

I felt like the driver and the crew that loaded and unloaded was well coordinated. Allied stuck with the quote I was given. I would recommend Allied. I think that the person that comes to your home, whatever they say verbally should also be written down. I had to call to confirm about my delivery.

From the beginning to packing, loading, delivery & the communication, everything was done as promised. There was nothing I wasn't satisfied with. They did a great job. I unpacked the rest of my things & everything's there. The coordinator was good. She called me when she said she would & followed up.

The way everyone handled himself, the thoroughness, the punctuality; everything went well and it was a flawless move.

They were on point with everything they said that they were going to do. I was very satisfied with the move.

Everything was clock work, everybody was very professional. More than courteous, friendly, very good about every aspect of the move.

The whole experience was a positive one, they were very professional & courteous. The gentleman that helped peter unpack was Egan, he was wonderful. Everyone we came in contact with was wonderful. Ryan was fantastic. The drivers were a wonder, the 2 young men who helped the driver was amazing. I appreciated everything they did.

My personal connection with the delivery. Knowing what was going on. The driver was fine but when they packed everything, all the heavy boxes were on top and the light ones were on the bottom and there was some breakage.

The move was very smooth with no major issues. The unloading has not happened yet & I was not present for anything to do with the unloading. I was very satisfied with the coordinator.

The scheduling, friendliness and the unloading was quick. There were items that were cracked and a floor lamp had to be thrown away.

Allied came highly recommended from a realtor. Allied was the most cheapest & the most accurate with the overall weight & price than the other movers that we interviewed. We do appreciate everything Allied did. They were great.

I thought the overall thing. It was very comfortable. One of the best moves I've had. The price is somewhat high.

The individual that came to my home and gave me the estimate and talked to me about how everything would work.

They changed the price on me and I can't believe it costs that much to move a few items that I had. I had two beds, a table, and buffet and it still cost me $12,000. Everything was good except the price change.

The care taken by the crew with materials and the timeliness of the delivery influenced my rating. They were friendly and went above and beyond and trying to find ways to move things to floor 2.

Everything went off just as planned. There were minor issues that didn't affect anyone in any adverse way.

I was completely satiesfied with the whole entire move. I can't say anything bad about any one. Even the people that packed from Florida. The packers, movers, and driver were excellent. I would love to share my comment on their Twitter or Facebook page but I don't have neither of those.

The team was very professional. Everything was delivered in one piece. They did a great job. We are very satisfied.

I don't have any other company to compare them to but overall the move was smooth and easy. Eric was great to work with. Customer is waiting for a refund. Two of the helpers were inexperienced. Eric and Virginia did a great job.

The driver and his crew did an excellent job in handling our furniture, on the pick up, and delivery. He was just a good man.

The professionalism, it was done when they said that they would be finished. They also arrived on time, which was important.

The friendliness of the ppl is what most influenced my rating. Everyone was really good. I was impressed w/ this move. It was better than experiences that I've had in the past.

No comment. They were great, but they used a lot of paper to wrap small things like forks and spoons. They need to recycle.

Along with packing things securely, and arriving on time, the movers were extremely nice and personable.

The overall experience, the initial estimate went great and so was the follow up. The whole experience was positive.

This is the second time I've used Allied. They were fantastic the first time and yet again they were outstanding. The driver was excellent all across the board.

Allied was perfect on both occasions that I have used them. This was a hassle-free move. Winston Belafonte was efficient.

I thought everything was very professional. All of the ppl were nice, polite and had a good sense of humor, which is great when moving b/c it can be very stressful. I have already recommended Allied Van Lines.

I have used the major cross-country shippers. This is far and away the best experience I have had in moving my items cross-country.

They did everything they said and were very professional and courteous. We had some packages in one place and they moved them where we wanted.

The cost and care that was given to us by the company. The cost of the moving was a major factor. It was lower than the other companies we had looked at and the care that was taken for items.

They were their when I asked them and when they said they would be their. They did what they say going to do super smooth and they were polite.

They were great movers. The delivery team extended the time until a day and a half. It took the guy a half of day to unload the truck. The loaders asked for a tip.

The ease of the move, the estimate of the weight, the driver and the crew was attentive and professional.

The communication was excellent & I was treated very well. The movers were careful with moving my belongings out of my home. I have 2 sons & they are going to call Allied for their move.

The driver and the crew. They were so great, they were so fast. They were able to get up and down the hill near us and that was really impressive how skillfully they did that.

I LIKE THE WAY THEY HANDLED PACKING AND MOVING ITEMS. THEY DID NOT NICK MY WALLS. HE HAD ONE SMALL ISSUE WITH A STAND.

The professionalism most influenced my rating. It was the quality of service and they did what they said they were going to do.

I rated a ten b/c we have used them before and this was some extra things being sent to us and we recommeded Allied to the sender.

The young lady who coordinated it was extremely competent and nice; you couldn't ask for a better rep. The driver and crew was sent to the wrong address, but that wasn't their fault. The driver and his crew was the greatest and I can't ask for better service. They were great.

They did a really good job and everything was well communicated. We were quite happy with the service. Everything was great.

Everything was done exactly the way they stated. The process was very smooth and it was a good experience.

They were good at delivering my item, but at the same time there was some minor problem. Did a good job overall, just a minor problem.
